1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VibeSaviour's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

VibeSaviour provides code fixing, optimization, and development consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Bug identification and resolution
• Code optimization and refactoring
• Performance improvements
• Team collaboration enhancement
• Development workflow optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Grant necessary access to code repositories and development environments
• Respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner
• Maintain backup copies of your code before any modifications
• Test all delivered solutions in your specific environment

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original code and intellectual property. Any modifications, improvements, or additions made by VibeSaviour become part of your codebase. VibeSaviour retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during the provision of services for future projects.

5. Confidentiality

VibeSaviour agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, code, and business processes shared during the engagement. We will not disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeSaviour's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or meet all specific requirements.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all work completed up to that point will be delivered, and payment for completed work will be due. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VibeSaviour operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

VibeSaviour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
